Many of us have discarded Cooling Fan so we are going to teach you how to make a USB Fan from that Cooling Fan. First, we need a useless cooling fan, a discarded mouse keyboard, a USB cable, tape, and a few strong wires.

First, separate the red and black wires of the USB cable.
